For this 3 days workshop we had for guideline to create an arcade game using innovative ways of interaction . We also had, even if the game was minimalist, to develop a strong identity around it that could be displayed through poster and on the arcade itself .

For timing reasons we chose to keep the game graphics as minimalist as possible: Simply displaying five concentric circles of different colours. This graphic saving gave us an elegant and sober game which allowed us to focus on the gameplay.

Thus we create a collaborative arcade game, the goal being to make a new highscore. All players put on a glove equipped with captors giving the power of one the three colours of the RGB spectrum. Thanks to the additive process, the tree heros (represented by the plain circle) have to coordinate to control the intensity of each of their colours to match the one of the circle tightening around them . If they reach that goal they score a point and move to the next random colour, each round getting shorter.

In terms of gameplay, each player has a different physical action to control the intensity of the colour he controls. Superstrike (green) presses more or less on the force captor located on the tip of his left thumb, Ultrasonic (red) uses the ultrasound captor in his palm to get closer or further from a surface and finally, Flexindex (blue) bends more or less the flexion captor fixed on his index.
